about our founder
Hi, I'm Jenni! The one-woman team behind Space Daisy. I left a 14-year career in entertainment marketing (LA ad agencies, then Netflix) to roast coffee. Best decision I ever made.
In 2020, I moved to a cabin in the San Bernardino mountains and started roasting in my backyard. After that first batch, something ignited. That spark led to launching Stone Forest Coffee Roasters in 2021. The name fit where I was at the time, living in the mountains, finding my footing.
After moving to North Carolina in 2023, I took my time to rebrand into Space Daisy Coffee Roasters. This fresh start was rooted in curiosity, creativity, and personal growth after becoming a mom.
For me, Space Daisy is about following what energizes you, being rooted in what matters, and exploring infinite possibilities.
I believe it’s never too late to be your authentic self or do the thing you’ve always wanted.
