This is our first direct-partnership coffee, sourced from Ramiro and Vicky Granda at Siempre Verde farm in the Andean highlands of Ecuador. This is a relationship we've proudly maintained since 2022 and intend to keep for years to come. Roasted to a light-medium profile, it's silky, clean, and seriously balanced. It reminds us of lime custard, brown sugar and raspberry tang. It evolves beautifully as it cools.
